How Do You Attend?

1) Purchase Your Concert Ticket

You must purchase a concert ticket to attend. There will be no concert tickets sold for individual nights, each ticket purchase includes both Friday and Saturday's concerts.

There are two types of concert tickets available, GA and VIP:

1. GA Concert Tickets

  • Includes entrance to the concert each night during posted gate hours.
  • Includes access to a concert pod each night.
  • Each concert pod is 8' x 8' with a 6' buffer on all sides.
  • There is no additional charge for parking.
  • You will be required to wear a mask outside of your concert pod and abide by other social distancing protocols set forth by the state, county, venue, and our team.

2. VIP Concert Tickets

  • Includes entrance to the concert each night during posted gate hours.
  • Includes access to a VIP concert pod each night.
  • VIP Concert Pods are closest to the stage.
  • Each concert pod is 8' x 8' with a 6' buffer on all sides.
  • There is no additional charge for parking.
  • You will be required to wear a mask outside of your pod and abide by other social distancing protocols set forth by the state, county, venue, and our team.

2) Reserve A Campsite or Find Nearby Lodging

A GA or VIP concert pod grants you access to the music, but includes no camping or lodging, which must be purchased separately. There are a limited amount of camping and RV camping sites available. The following limited lodging options onsite at Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch are available:

Campsites ($60)

There are an extremely limited number of spaces available due to restrictions. You may park one vehicle per campsite. We recommend reserving your campsite now. Other terms and conditions may apply.

  • Up to 6 people per camping pass.
  • A Campsite does not include a concert ticket.
  • Only those in your party may stay at your campsite.
  • You will be required to wear a mask outside of your campsite and abide by other social distancing protocols set forth by the state, county, venue, and our team.

RV Campsite ($175)

Drive your RV right into the venue and park it at your campsite. Includes power and water. There are an extremely limited number of spaces available due to restrictions. Only RVs and pull behinds are permitted to utilize these spots. Other terms and conditions may apply.

  • Up to 6 people per RV Camping Pass.
  • A RV Campsite does not include a concert ticket.
  • Only those in your party may stay at your RV Campsite.
  • You will be required to wear a mask outside of your campsite and abide by other social distancing protocols set forth by the state, county, venue, and our team.

There are a very limited number of campsites and RV sites available, so we've provided a list of nearby hotels should you need to require lodging off the premises!

3) Plan Your Trip

Pack Like A Pro

Being comfortable at your campsite is important so don't forget these items!

  • A tent to sleep in.
  • Sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets.
  • A cooler to keep your food and drinks cold.
  • An EZ up so you can have shade at your campsite.
  • Tarps just in case it rains.
  • Baby wipes. Trust us on this one.
  • Lots of water.
  • Your favorite snacks. There will be full service food vendors so don't worry about bringing a ton of food.
  • Hats, visors, and lots of sun tan lotion to protect you from the sun.
  • A flash light.

Outside food and alcohol are permitted in the concert area. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol, food and beverages into the campground and concert area. Underage drinking is prohibited.

Prepare for Social Distancing

We will be strictly enforcing our social distancing policies, and that requires active planning and participation from all attendees! Please help us keep our event as safe as possible by bringing enough social-distancing supplies for the weekend, such as extra clean clothes, masks, and hand sanitizer for the weekend.

Create A Travel Plan

You must arrive at the same time as everyone in your pod, although you may arrive in separate vehicles. Make sure you plan for traffic and a (hopefully) short wait at the gate so you can maximize your time on site.

For those who have reserved a campsite or RV campsite at Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch, the gate will open at 2:00 PM Friday, May 14th until 12:30 AM.

You must arrive at the same time as everyone in your pod, although you may arrive in separate vehicles.If you arrive outside of those hours, you will have to wait until normal gate hours to enter. There will be no re-entry.

Gate Hours:

Friday and Saturday: 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM

We encourage attendees to leave before 12:00pm on Sunday to give our cleaning crew ample time. The longer it takes to clear the venue, the longer they have to work! Please gather all your trash and place it in a near by receptacle before leaving. We also provide recycling stations.

What Accommodations To Expect

A concert ticket purchase includes car parking at no extra charge. However, parking is not close to the concert area or campsites.

We will have friendly crew members, security, and a medical team on site to help you at all times!

  • There will be full service food vendors.
  • There will be a handful of craft vendors selling a variety of different items.
  • There will be a general store that carries all kinds of basic items you may forget.
  • Firewood and Ice will be available at the general store.
  • There will be an ATM on site
  • There will be ample porta johns cleaned daily.
  • VIP guests will have access to their concert pods 30 minutes earlier than GA concert pod holders.

4) How do concert pods work?

You and your party of up to 6 people will choose a concert pod each night on a first come, first serve basis. We may decide to do assigned seating in advance of the show. Ticket holders would choose their pods in the order they purchased their tickets.

  • Each concert pod is 8' x 8' with a 6' buffer on all sides.
  • Only you and your party of up to 6 people may enter your concert pod.
  • You will choose your concert pod on a first come, first serve basis.
