POD Concert Series FAQ
What COVID-19 safety precautions are you taking for the show?
Health and Safety is our number one priority at Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch. We are following COVID-19 guidelines set by local health officials, CDC and the State of Ohio. All Patrons, Staff, and Artists will receive health screenings upon arrival. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the property and as well as routine cleaning and disinfecting of all facilities and high-traffic areas. Masks and social distancing measures will be implemented and strictly enforced by Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch staff.
What will venue staff be doing to keep us safe?
Safety is our number one priority. Everyone will pass the same COVID-19 health screening before entering the venue. Security will be there to ensure social distancing rules are followed and masks are being worn when outside of the pod. All staff will wear masks 100% of the time. All restroom facilities and high traffic areas will be routinely cleaned and sanitized. Producing shows for you is our favorite thing to do, it takes all of us working together for these shows to continue to happen. Our staff will make sure you have a safe and healthy concert experience, just make sure you help us by following our simple rules.
What is the setup of the venue so we can stay socially distant?
We have gridded off the venue into 8’x8’ pods, surrounded by a 6’ socially distant buffer on all sides. One way walkways are marked on the ground to the front and rear of each pod. Restrooms are strategically placed around the venue to avoid overcrowding and are routinely cleaned. Markings on the ground at merchandise and food vendors will show patrons where to stand while waiting in line to shop. Signage explaining the venue rules will be posted at high traffic areas around the venue. Our security guards will be patrolling and enforcing our rules. Not following the rules or causing problems will result in the ejection of the entire party.
Tell me more information on the pod setup.
Each pod is an 8’x8’ square. Four posts mark the corners of the pod and rope lines three sides. The backs of the pods are open for entering and exiting. One way walkways will be marked in the front and back of your pods.
Where will my pod be?
As of today, pods will not be assigned in advance. Each night you and your party of up to 6 will choose a pod on a first come, first serve basis. However, event organizers may decide to assign pods at anytime before the show and in that scenario ticket holders will choose their pods in the order they purchased their tickets.
Can we combine pods?
Does everyone in my pod need to arrive at the same time?
Yes, we ask that all of your party arrive together. You may arrive in separate vehicles, as long as you arrive at the same time. Your health screening and event check-in will be done while you are in your vehicle BEFORE you park. We all have that one friend that is always late. Unfortunately, due to safety protocols, we need the group to arrive together, party together and then leave together. We want to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. There is a “park-n-ride” just off of I-70, on State Route 13, located a few miles from the venue. That is a good place to wait and caravan with your pod mates.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Yes, masks are mandatory at all times other than when you are in your pod. We ask that you arrive wearing your mask and keep it on until you return to your vehicle or campsite after the show. If you are caught abusing the mask policy, you and your entire party will be asked to leave. The safety of our staff, artists and patrons are our number one priority. We take this very seriously at Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch.
Will there be a health screening?
All guests will receive a temperature check prior to entry. Any guest who has a fever over 100.4 degrees fahrenheit or has been in contact with a known case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days will not be permitted to enter Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No, parking is free. Please carpool!
Is camping allowed?
Yes – Camping upgrades can be purchased here. Camping is in a separate part of the venue.
Who is allowed in the campground?
Only people who have purchased a camping pass will be allowed to enter the campground.
Are RVs allowed?
Yes — A limited amount of RV spots are available in the campground and can be purchased here.
Can we purchase the extra tickets when we arrive at the gate?
Since we are operating at a limited capacity, we expect this event to sell out. It is STRONGLY encouraged to purchase your add on tickets in advance to ease and quicken entry into the venue, and to help limit any unnecessary points of contact.
If you do decide at the last minute there is an extra person in your party, additional pod add-on tickets will be available at the box office, while supplies last.
Is there re-entry?
There is no re-entry unless you are staying at a hotel or off-site accomodation.
What forms of payment do we accept at the gate?
Credit Card and Cash payments will be accepted. We strongly encourage everyone to use credit card payments whenever possible.
Can we have campfires in the camping area?
Yes, but you must purchase firewood from the campground due to Emerald Ash Borer protocol – No outside firewood permitted.
What is the alcohol policy?
Outside alcohol is permitted in the concert area. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol, food and beverages into the campground and concert area. Anyone caught providing alcohol to persons under 21 years of age will be ejected from the event. No glass. There will not be alcohol available for sale at the event.
What is your bag policy?
Bags are permitted in the concert area.
Can I bring my own chairs?
Yes. Chairs are permitted. However, they must be removed from any bag or container before entry. No chairs will be provided by the venue.
Can I bring in my own cooler with food and beverages?
Outside food and alcohol are permitted in the concert area. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol, food and beverages into the campground and concert area. Anyone caught providing alcohol to persons under 21 years of age will be ejected from the event. No glass. There will not be alcohol available for sale at the event.
Can I bring a umbrella?
Yes! But please be respectful to everyone around you. No tents. No canopies.
What items can I bring in and what items are prohibited?
You can bring in the following items:
- Items related to childcare
- Umbrella, as long as it does not impede visibility of patrons behind or around you
The following items are explicitly prohibited:
- All weapons (with or without a permit)
- Bladed items of any kind
- Bull horns
- Glitter (any items that may be thrown)
- Drones or any other remote controlled moving object
- Flammable Liquids
- Explosive materials
- Illegal drugs
- Laser pens
- Pepper/mace spray
- Any other item deemed inappropriate by management/staff
The Prohibited items list is subject to change. At the discretion of the General Manager, items may be added to, or removed from the Prohibited Items List. Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch may deny entry to, or remove, any individual in possession of Prohibited List items (or any item deemed inappropriate by management/staff), at any time before, during, and after an event. We want everyone to be safe and enjoy the show!
What if it rains?
All shows are rain or shine events. In the event of severe weather, messaging will be broadcasted on the video screens throughout the venue on our social media platforms.
Are these concerts handicapped accessible?
Yes. ADA spots are marked on the ticketing map. All of these spots are chair accessible and located near ADA Restrooms.

How do I get my concert tickets?
All tickets are emailed to you. Please print your tickets prior to coming to the venue or have them downloaded and saved to your phone.
I bought concerts tickets, can I transfer them to a friend?
If you would like to transfer your concert ticket to a friend, please email your request to email@example.com.
Can I bring my animal to Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch?
NO. Only service animals will be allowed on-site, no dogs or other pets will be permitted into the event. Must have service papers and current shot records for any service animal.
Does Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch recycle?
Is the show all ages?
Yes, Brushy Fork Phamily Ranch shows are All Ages. Every patron must have a valid ticket, including children 12 and under. Discounted children's tickets will be available for $50.
What is the camera/photo policy?
We encourage fans to take pictures at our events. No flash photography. Digital, disposable or 35mm cameras are allowed. Professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses are allowed.
